If you suspect or experience unacceptable conditions at Reitan Retail, you can report them via our whistleblowing channel. This platform allows employees and suppliers to submit concerns anonymously, giving us the opportunity to follow up, address the issue, and contribute to the positive development of our business. You can choose to report anonymously or provide your name. The whistleblowing channel is managed by our external partner, Ernst & Young AS (EY).
About Whistleblowing
Value-based leadership is also about openness. Reitan Retail wants to foster a low threshold for speaking up about unacceptable conditions in the workplace. This helps us address issues and continuously improve our organization. We have therefore established a whistleblowing channel that allows employees and suppliers to report any concerns or suspicions of misconduct that violate our values and ethical guidelines – without fear of retaliation.
